Local support services with Hartlepool Carers
Hartlepool Carers supports those of us living in Hartlepool. The Carers Hub is a centre point for carers in the town. The support they offer to carers includes:
- One to one support, including assistance in accessing services
- Carers assessments
- Hartlepool Carers Access Card - providing discounts as well as support with planning for an emergency
- Targeted support
- Access to breaks, activities and complementary therapies
- Peer to peer support
