We work with Redcar and Cleveland Council to provide a range of free online services to support you, in addition to what is already on offer.

We Care You Care Provide information and signposting across the South Tees area including the latest news, blogs and information about campaigns. They have links to local, regional and national organisations.
Local support services with Carers Together
Carers Together supports those of us living across Redcar and Cleveland. The support they offer to carers 18 and over includes:
- Carers information and support service, they can visit you at home, support by telephone or meet at a local community venue
- Carers Assessments
- Carers Card
- Activities and events
- Support for carers of patients in hospitals
- A Welfare Rights service
- Counselling
- Grief and loss service
