We work with Sefton Council to provide a range of free online services to support you, in addition to what is already on offer.

If you struggle to find time to talk to someone about your caring role, our Carer Support Team are available seven days a week including in the evenings and at weekends too.

Support for you in Sefton

They offer training, support and most importantly a free carer's assessment. A Carer’s Assessment looks at the different ways that your caring role affects your life, we look at how you can carry on doing the things that are important to you.
