If you're a carer, register for support. If you're a professional or family member, refer someone. Both forms do both, simply select the one most appropriate for the carer's age.
About our service
After several years providing a digital carer support service to thousands of carers in Buckinghamshire, Mobilise has now been commissioned to provide the full All-Age Carers Service in the county from 1st July. This includes support for Young and Young Adult Carers as well as Adult Carers, and also includes in-person support.
The service is free and open to all unpaid carers living in Buckinghamshire - people who look after a family member, partner, or friend because of a disability, illness, mental health condition, or older age.
Support will be available in person, by phone, online, and through community groups and events across the county. Whether you want to speak to someone one-to-one, connect with other carers, or access practical information and guidance, the service is designed to reach you in the way that works for you.

Upcoming events in Buckinghamshire
Crafty Carers
Wednesday 9th September 10am-11:30am
Join us for a relaxed session of crafting, chatting and connecting with other carers. Bring along your own project, or try your hand at some neuro art, materials will be ready on the day. Tea and biscuits included.
Crafty Carers will be held at the Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub.
Burnham Support Group: Mindfulness Verses with Jon Bickley
Friday, 11th September 10:30am-12:30pm
Join us for a Mindful Verses session in Burnham, led by poet Jon Bickley. Take some time for yourself through gentle writing and connecting with other carers in a relaxed, welcoming space.
The session will be held at the Family Centre in Burnham. Refreshments will be provided, so come along and enjoy a bit of time just for you.
Buckingham Choir
Monday 14th and 28th September 10:00am-11:30am
Fancy a sing?
Join fellow carers for a friendly choir session in Buckingham, no experience or talent required (we promise nobody's checking). It's a lovely chance to have a laugh, meet other carers, and remember what it feels like to do something just for you.
The choir will be held at Clarendon House Care Home in Buckingham.
Who we support
Adult carers
Free, confidential support for adults who care for a family member or friend. This includes one-to-one appointments, community groups, outreach in local settings, and online support.
Young Adult Carers (aged 16-24)
Dedicated support for young people taking on caring responsibilities - including help with education, employment, wellbeing, and connecting with peers who understand.
Young Carers (under 16)
Support for children and young people who have a caring relationship within the family/household, including access to groups, activities, and school-based support.
