Carers Week 2025 with Mobilise
Mon 9 – Sun 15 June | Theme: Caring About Equality
This Carers Week, we're working with carer organisations and other services that support carers across the UK.... to shine a light on the diversity of caring roles - and to offer events and resources that support, uplift, and celebrate carers.
✨ What’s happening?
We’re keeping things light and easy to share. Everything below is free, online, and designed to fit around busy schedules - with evening and weekend options, and recordings available for anyone who can’t join live.
👥 Mini Events for Carers
From lunchtime chats to evening Cuppas, we’re running short, supportive sessions exploring topics like:
-
Caring and equality
-
Caring while working
-
Campaigning and complaining effectively
-
Neurological carers and men who care
-
Reflections and book chats
All events are open to anyone who looks after a family member or friend, and we’re inviting carers to join the ones that resonate most - no pressure, no overwhelm.
📣 Share our timetable with carers in your area

We know Carers Week is a busy time and we’re here to add value, not noise.

But it's not all about what we're doing. If you're hosting something special for Carers Week, let us know so we can shout about it with our community of carers.
Our events and resources are:
-
Designed to complement local plans, not clash with them
-
Easy to share or incorporate into your newsletters, socials or schedules
-
Created with a light Mobilise touch - the spotlight is on carers, not us
We’ll also amplify your events through our community, weekly emails, and on this page. Just send them in via our quick form.

Making Carers Week work for you
There can be a lot going on during Carers Week and we might not be able to attend everything.
This guide is a short summary of tips (from carers) to help us get the most out of the week, in a way that works for us.
Carers Rights and the Law
How familiar are we with the legal ‘things’ to help us in our caring role, like protection from discrimination?
Let’s face it - we weren’t taught these at school, and as carers, we rarely have the time and energy to read up on legal matters. But, knowing our rights is powerful stuff. So Mobilise have broken it down here.
