Carers Centre Tower Hamlets offer a wide range of in-person support services for unpaid carers. These include practical support with Carer's Assessments, advocacy, emergency cards to give us peace of mind, to financial support with any benefits we may be eligible for as carers.
Their Carers Wellbeing Academy also includes a holistic range of activities, workshops and groups that we are welcome to join, to help support our wellbeing.
